A balancing, nourishing toner for normal skin. Multi-Purpose Toner prepares skin to receive and absorb serums and creams. MSM, Geranium Oil, and Vitamin E are the incredibly beneficial. After cleansing, soak a large cotton ball or pad with Multi-Purpose Toner and gently stroke over the face. Do not rinse off. Follow with moisturizer and/or specialty product. For External Use Only.
